We call you
Usually within one business day, a real person from our team reaches out. No phone tree, no script. Just a conversation about what brought you in.
We make sure it fits
We answer your questions and walk through how membership works for your situation, so you can decide with everything in front of you. No pressure either way.
Your welcome visit
When you join, your first visit runs 90 to 120 minutes: your establish-care visit and executive physical together, with a full history and real time to talk. The establish-care part of your first visit is billed as an office visit, through your insurance or at a cash rate. This is where the relationship starts.
Care that knows you
From then on you have a direct line to Dr. Seth, same or next-day visits, and a physician who remembers your story. That is the whole point.
Day to day
What it actually feels like.
A text back in minutes
Message your physician directly and hear back, often within the hour. No portal purgatory, no callback roulette.
Visits that are not rushed
Forty-five to sixty minutes, so the thing you almost did not mention gets the time it deserves.
Same or next day, most days
When something is not right, you are seen quickly, not slotted in three weeks out.
One number for everything
Labs, imaging, a referral, a question at 9pm. One relationship carries all of it.
