Concierge membership at Seth Premier Medical is $299 a month for one adult. The fee covers 24/7 direct access to Dr. Rishi Seth, same or next-day visits, 45 to 60 minute appointments, an annual executive physical, and coordination of your labs, imaging, and referrals. The membership covers the access and time insurance does not pay for, and it is not billed to insurance. You keep your own health insurance for labs, imaging, prescriptions, hospital care, and specialists. The establish-care part of your first visit is billed as an office visit, through your insurance or at a cash rate.
