Being straight about it: our office is at 3321 West Bearss Avenue in Carrollwood, roughly 40 to 45 minutes from Clearwater across the bay. There is no Clearwater office, and that drive is a real consideration rather than something to gloss over.
What makes it work is that the model is built around not needing the room. Members reach Dr. Seth directly, 24/7, by phone, text or video. The questions that would otherwise mean crossing the bay are answered where you are, and in-person visits are planned rather than reactive.
What Clearwater members get
The panel is capped near 200 patients per physician, so when you do come in the appointment runs 45 to 60 minutes and nothing is rushed. Membership is $299 a month for an individual, separate from insurance, with family members at a discounted rate.
If the drive is the sticking point, it is worth saying that the whole of north Pinellas is served the same way, including Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor and Countryside.
